hello,
Ive recently started training a little bit ( needed something to kill time with ), and im thinking about taking it up a few levels. After reading and learning a lot on this forum i still got some questions left.
First of all, after about 3 months of playing with weights and doing pushups ( about 300 every evening), i notice my chest muscle's have increased a lot. The only problem is that my right side is bigger and different shaped then the left side .... In the beginning i thought it would work out, but right now im getting a bit scared because it is really noticable. When i do pushups, or lift weights, i try to make sure both my arms are exactly the same, so i work out on both sides equally, but the difference just keeps growing.
And my second question is: I usually read about people training their upper chest 2 or 3 times a week, but what happens if you train it more then that?
Like every day for example. Would that end up badly?
