Well I'm about 14 years old, I weigh about 130, and I want to bulk up. I eat all the time, but I make sure it's healthy. But for some reason my weight doesn't change, and I'm not really bulking up any. I'm going to buy some weights pretty soon. I thought that if I get more muscle, it will put more meat on me. So what do you recommend for me. I do crunches, pull ups, and push-ups, but that's about it, and I don't get that noticeable results. I thought maybe you know how much I should start lifting. Or if there is anything else you recommend me doing. I'm also working on my abs and chest, but again, nothing too noticeable. I guess it takes time. Any advice? And also, I have a bird chest if anyone knows what that is. Could that be the cause of my chest not getting any results?
