New Workout

Hi can somebody recommend a good workout please for me to do. I'm 5'9 13 stone. Not fat but quite stocky and i want to become muscly.

I only have a barbell and dumbell set and i workout at home.

I'm becoming really disheartened with weight training because i am seein very slow results. I think it is because i do too many isolation workouts.

Any help would be great thankyou.
 
Age? Training time?

So many things you can do with just what you have-

db floor press, clean and snatch, OH squat, hack squat, deadlift, push press, military press, rows, etc

Some more detail would help. . .anyway, here's a good routine for dumbbell training at home:

Don't be disheartened because of slow results. If you're a beginner then the chances are your routine is a mess and needs to be reformed, which is usually the case for beginners with slow results. Also, you need to make sure your diet is in tune and that you get enough rest. Once you read more about weight lifting you'll know what you did wrong and you'll laugh at the mistakes you made when you just started. Don't worry, we were all there at one time. At least I was; I don't know about the others. Also, feel free to poke around that website link I gave you (davedraper.com). It helped me a lot when I started lifting and it may help you as well.
