what do you guys think?

Here is my dilemma: whether I should workout today or tomorrow. Here is the situation. Last night I went out and drank heavily (I know thats bad when you're bulking), so I don't know if having whatever crap in my system today means i shouldnt lift. But tomorrow is easter, where pretty much I will be having one big meal (since I'm italian), so my nutrition won't be exactly perfect. What do you guys think?
 
correct me if im wrong but, if you drank a lot yesterday, the alchohal should be out of your system by now. it depends on how you feel. are you hungover? if you are, then dont workout(duh). if you feel good and ate enough, i dont see why you shouldnt workout. but then again i dont konw alot about alchohal.

That is for sure, because you never spelled alcohol correctly.:D It takes a maximum of 24 hours for alcohol get out of your body system. Workout when it's Easter. The meal will help ya better.:)
