Welp here is some pics through 06 into 07, I came along way I would say, but now I am stuck! I am getting stronger but I wanna get bigger damnit!

The last pics was today 3-3-07 but i havent been to the gym in 5 days!
Friggen sick...

So I feel as though i am stuck from november till now..

I eat lots and the right stuff too...

All jokes aside, though, you're definitely makin' some progress. Almost everything's looking bigger, and leaner. The "love handles" you were complaining about are shrinking away, too.

Where you're at now is where I hope to be in about 2 years. :rolleyes:

Those lats and traps are looking pretty beastly.

Not a dog person myself I love cats and she is the best

As for my face, I couldnt breath through my nose cause I was sick as hell, now that I look at them the a pretty funny haha
 
Your looking good man, I think i remember saying that your traps were lagging a while ago or it might have been someone else but they are definately coming along nicely now.

Yeap that was you haha, i went out and got some wrist straps because my hands couldn't hold as much weight as my traps could pull...

explain?

so when u began this transformation in i think ur first picture was january of 06...did u want to cut or bulk up, since it's been about a year correct? did you cut than bulk up a little bit or has it been all cutting, can u explain ur process to me throughout the year

Sure, I got sick of having a gut, I had to unbutton my pants for comfort,
so I started cutting, low carbs lots of cardio, then in june I was lean...
so I stopped the cardio and started eating tons of the right foods and I have been going for a clean bulk ever since, I want to start cardio again to get my B/F from 8% down to 6% for the summer, but I will loose some of my size if I do this.

SO I think I am going keep this up till spring of 08 then cut like mad.

alright yea deffintly everything looks like its working for...look awesome.....i posted somethin about how for the last 6 months i had a really great bulking session and i've been cutting for the last 12 days u know 5-6 meals a day and the cardio 5-6 times a week plus weight lifting and i feel like i should see results already but thats deff not the case right? WHen did u start noticing that little bit of fat you had start disappearing

The only way I noticed was from these pics, I feel like I look the same, because you see yourself everyday.
 
hey I was wondering if you could give us an idea of what your workout routine is. You've got the kind of build I am looking to achieve and havent found any information online except for getting bigger and bigger instead of cut and toned :D

Nice work, bloody great transformation you've had.

One thing: I dont you are 8% BF, not in the last pic, im not saying you're fat, but 8 is pretty low going down to 6% could be a bit dangeoraus, bodybuilders go to about 4% i think for competitiones. But chanses are whatever you use to measure you're bodyfat isent 100% accurate. But aslong as you measure with consistency, same time, same method, etc. Its a good way to show progress, but dont get caught up in the numbers themselves :)
