Took me like four trys to figure out how to get the post thru
I've been working out my ab's lately, and my lower ab's are slacking. I was wondering what exerises target the lower ab's the most. I used to think it was the exercise where you lay flat on the ground, and lift your legs to a 90 degree angle, and then raise them perpindicular. < For lack of name for the exercise. But from reading, people say it's not, and can lead to bad things.
Any exercises? And by the way, I cannot access any workout equipment at all, so it would have to be something I can do at home.
