What rest-pause technique are you talking about( people do this many ways ) and what do you mean by yourself?If I use the rest-pause technique with 135 Pounds for 3x10 on my bench..After a while should I be able to lift 135 pounds 3x10 by myself?
Right now I can max 135 Pounds 7 times in 1 set.

Lat-pulldowns
Wrist Curls
Deadlifts
Usually I split upperbody and lowerbody. I don't have any "bench" days or "squat" days
