creatine while cutting

I'm a high school senior so I try to work this in my school day, and always do my workouts 3-4 nights a week along with cardio on the days I don't lift. I went through a really good bulk now where i got great shoulders, back, tri's, bi's, and chest, also used creatine, i'm just trying to lose a few pounds to get the abs out, all together and lower my body fat and get rid of the small pooch area. I think the abs are there i mean when i sit down or lay on my back the top 4 pop out very nicely so i'm guessing I really don't have much to lose, maybe 2 inches or so. ALso what do yall think about taking creatien while cutting. I'm 17 and 180 pounds 5'11 so i'm guessing i wanna try to get down to 170 and i should look pretty good

7:AM- egg whites, protein shake (if anyone could give me a good cereal to eat I would apprecatie it)

1-turkey cheese sandwhich, on whole weat breat, 3 slices of turkey one slice of cheese

4: strawberries grapes fruit of some sort

6: chicken breasts on some nights, also various types of steaks as well

8: some snack like a yogurt

I usually will work out around 5 o'clock and remember I'm just trying to get the experts opinon here so dont laugh if I dont know what i'm doing on the diet

Do you only post about creatine?

I have never seen the need for creatine while cutting and creatine in general doesn't even work for everyone and it may even not do anything that helpful at all. The studies just aren't conclusive enough yet, regardless just eat well, exercise right and stop worrying about the supplements, particularly creatine.

I agree with leip.

Also, I've tried taking creatine for a couple months at a time, on different occasions..it has no effect on me whatsoever. A lot of supplements are placebos (at best, some of them are probably harmful) that people take and then credit their successes to. If you're working hard and eating right, of course you'll see good results. I bet if I snuck around, found 95% of people out there who are taking creatine, and switched their creatine with some other white powder, they wouldn't notice the difference.

As far as your meal plan goes..I've seen you ask that question a few times now, haven't I? Protein. Every. Meal. Quit trying to get away with snacking on just fruit. :p

Try oatmeal in the morning. 1/2 C oats, 1/2 C fruit, 1/2 C water, microwave 2 mins, stir it up good. Throw a couple packets of Splenda in, and you should have something pretty tasty. Quick, and healthier than any cereal you'll ever find.

I agree, but I've always thought that it would be because 95% of people don't work hard enough to really need it. I think that Creatine is mostly useful for slashing recovery time, yet many people use it like steroids, or at least thinks that the effects should be similar. If you're not pushing the edge and would highly benefit from reduced recovery times, then Creatine probably won't do diddley.
