anyone have a general idea how much they charge to make up a diet for you ??
im considering going to one since diet has always been the hardest part for me .. basically im doing cardio .. not HIIT since i just cant do it .. well i do a form of intervals on a treadmill .. mixing up speed and inclines .. but nothing fast ..
also lift heavy compounds 3x a week .. right now im around 178lbs .. i would like to get down to 163-165 by may or june .. so basically 5 months .. that should put me around 13-15% bf .. right now im at 21% .. then i can enjoy the summer and start a clean bulk in the fall
