Getting better pecs

bench press, board press, cable flyes, dips.. the list continues.
 
SQUATS, DEADLIFTS, BENCH/DIPS, PULLUPS/CHINS.

You won't get "good pecs" without working the big lifts. DO THEM!
 
I've never done the 3 chair push up before, but I searched a bit and found these instructions, for a chair push up:

"CHAIR PUSH-UP (lower chest, shoulders, triceps) Place two sturdy chairs of equal height about shoulder-width apart from one another and kneel in front of them. Place one hand flat on each seat, then extend your legs behind you (3a). Keeping your shoulders directly above your hands, slowly lower yourself down as far as you can (3b). Press yourself back up and repeat for as many repetitions as possible."

Does this sound like what its supposed to be? I couldn't find anything for a 3-chair push up though...
 
Yes basically that except instead of having your feet on the floor, you have them behind you on another chair (the same height as as the other two). When you descend, you can go SO low that when hands spread wide, it freaking burns the pecs up. 3 Chiar PU's are Charles Atlas style.
 
eh I am going to be slightly different and go with flat dumbell press over bench as the increase with ROM may help to hit the Pecs more,
Oh and squats and milk

Do 3 sets of 10 reps. I go so low that my body is actually below my hands before i come back up. These will burn ya up. I also do all the other stuff, squats, bench press, french press etc. But a lot of folks neglect this simple yet extremely effective technique for shredding your pecs.

I tried these three chair push ups yesterday, I really felt them. Good stuff!
