3 days after a workout you're still sore?
are you new to training? if so, that's sorta normal and will subside after a couple weeks.
if you're not new...you're doing too much in the gym and its counter-productive.
and when you say sore, do you mean 'ouch painful' sore, or 'achy, stiff' store?
the former is bad, the latter is normal and what we call DOMS. DOMS isn't needed to know you got a good workout, but when you do feel it, you KNOW you did some liftin'
