This is my body.. what can i do to get it nice and thin..
took me loads to put this on here.. im so embarased with my body
any help on what i can do... would be great.
its basicaly the fat around my thighs (love handles) and the pudgey bit on my stomach that i want rid of.. then id go on to working on the weights again.
and im 14stone there.. i want do drop down to about 12 and a half.
just running on a early mornin.. bout 7-8ish.. and i do a lil weights but im stopping those till im slimmer.
And as for a diet im lost. i never know what to eat on a diet.. when i think of a diet all i think is salads.. i dunno anything else.
yeah i know what you mean but i was thinkin that im best off concerntrating on me getting thin.. because that what i wanted. i mean beign 17 and having a stomach doesnt go down well with the ladies lol.
Right on! Dude I shed about as much body fat as you got in about 3-4 months time via cardio/weights/ridiculous change in diet! Start reading and good luck!

my pictures will be on when i find my lead for my camera.. i havent lost much but i feel as thought i have lost weight.. and i didnt stop lifting.. still doing it. but ive been doing everything in the same day.. like legs, arms and shoulders etc... but i was thinking if im best off doing it in parts.
do u think thats better? or shud i keep doing what im doing...
