Just take it slow and steady, k? As long as you got the motivation to be better, you can do it. We all here can only be support to cheer you on when you are on the right path, and to call on you so you can find your way back on track when you stray. ^_^

I know. But is that the way you want to be your entire life? At some point you are going to hit bottom and realize that eating (or not eating) that way is destroying your life, and your body. Take it from someone who has been there. I also know that when people are in that pattern of ED they are extremetly strong-willed and don't give a flying fig what anyone wants for them, instead everyone else becomes the enemy. I don't want to be an enemy to you, I'd like to be a friend but I cannot condone what you having going on because I know how destructive it is. I know that when ED controls you (people), you only care you are skinny, getting the compliments(negative or positive) and stay that way and don't care what it takes. I personally want to save you the pain of experiencing all that ana provides. Its not cool, it never has been, never will be. Please let me help you.
