Does this 4 day a week workout look ok?

I've always been very fit but I'm trying to lose about 15lbs and have been having problems toning my but, back, and trying to shrink my legs down a bit. I stumbled across this "Erin Brockovich" workout and was wondering if it looks legite or not?
Please just have a look and let me know.
Any opinions on whether this is ok or if you have any improvements please let me know.

Thanks

My favorite part of the article was
Julia also lifted only 5 to 7 pounds when doing strength moves to get serious definition without adding boy-bulk.

In a word, the routine is crap. Look for something from t-nation, or better yet, buy "the New Rules of Lifting" which is an excellent resource. Don't do anything done by a celebrity to get into shape for a role: it's usually garbage. What they don't mention is the celebrity's personal nutritionist, chef, etc...things that you don't have access to.

I guess it plays on the endless hope that we all have - that we mere mortals can look like the celebrity gods if we just do "X" diet or workout plan.

Like Bipennate said, what they don't mention is the 24 hour a day personal assistance she gets from a team of people. - that and genetic makeup - a lot of celebrities pretty much won the genetic lottery - and nothing we can do will make us look like them.

I wouldn't say genetic lottery, I would say excellent make up artists! Dont forget digital imaging enhancements and not to mention Julia Roberts was already slender before this role.

Not to mention she didn't look all that different than her other roles. And like Tony said she is natually slender.

I honestly didn't see her looking overly fit-what I mean is having to really stick to a legit workout plan where she gained tons of muscle...like say what Hillary Swank did for Million Dollar baby.
