For some reason, I have the nearly non-stop sensation that my fat belly is just hanging over my belt. Problem is... it isn't. I'm 31 and I'm wearing blue jeans that I wore in the 8th grade and they're far from being tight. I have to wear a sweatshirt when I do squats because otherwise my weight belt isn't tight enough even on the smallest hole. I even shaved my chest and belly a few days ago so my abs could be seen, as they're getting defined alot more than I had expected. So, I don't understand these sensations. It's not like I'm anorexic and think I'm fat when I'm not, it just physically feels that way. Very strange.
The only thing I can think of at all is that I seem to have chronic constipation, it's not uncommon for me to go for a week without taking a dump, yet I don't have any pain or severe discomfort associated with this. I eat alot of fiber, including Metamucil, and I drink nearly a gallon of water a day, so I don't know why I'm like that. Enlarged colon maybe? I thought maybe all that crap was putting pressure on other organs. Maybe this is totally off, I don't know, it just feels weird to feel fat when I'm not.
