Chest Exercises

I lost one cup size (dropped from a D to a C-cup) doing weight training, but 'they' absolutely look better now than before. First I was shocked, but now I am glad they are smaller. They were kind of 'unpractical' while running.

(I mainly do benchpress and flies with non-pink dumbbells)
 
I'd also like to add that lots of women who lose weight while weight training have found a decrease in breast size, because they're simultaneously gaining muscle and losing fat (which breasts are basically).

Then I quess I like a lot of fatty tissue!!!!
 
Ive heard that making the pecs bigger can make the breasts appear bigger. since the pec is behind the fat, it will push it a bit out, so they look bigger.

I have large breasts (34 F's :eek:) and do 30lb barbell flies and presses. If anything the loss of fat from lifting and cardio plus the added muscle = zero sum gain.

I have lost a pants size, but the boobies are the same.

I did find an awesome support bra (I'll have to check the manufacturer tonite) where I can run 8 mph on the treadmill and nothing moves (well, I didn't say it was attractive). It looks like a sports bra with about 12 front hook eye clips, but has wide straps so you do not get the chafing on your shoulders either. I think it may be made of kryptonite.
 
one of my bf at the gym recently got her boobs done (its a trend ...like 6 of my friends actually did this year) anyway, we work out together soemtimes and its sooo funny to watch her do like bench press and stuff because (and she pointed this out to me) they move up and down lol its hillarious :)

just fyi :) the excuse for getting it done is so they wont bounce when running/jumping rope :) lol

but pack to chest exercises...im not too worried about fullness...would like help witih preventative maintenance so the boob job wont be necessary :)

though im ok with the idea lol
 
push ups or modified push ups (knees on the ground) can be done anywhere and work great. Change hand positions from wide to medium, to narrow during different sets to work different check muscles.

yeah and you can do ones with yoru hands at 12 and 9 and 12 and 3 those are awesome...
