LOL thanks Merciless, those crunches and reverse crunches wer light, I usually did around 75 to 85lbs.
Yesterday's workout
Squats- 95lbs/12; 115lbs/10; 135lbs/10; 115lbs/10
leg press- ok so I have no idea how many really on the last set- 1st set not weight/12; 2nd set 50lbs/12; last set- 3 reps, added 45lbs to one side a couple reps added another plate to the other side this continued on til I had two 45's on each side and I couldn't push any more out, then one plate ata a time came off the same way they went on, slowly!
stiff leg deads- 135lbs/6 x 4 sets
seated hammie curls-50lbs/12; 65lbs/10; 85lbs/8
laying hammie curls- 50lbs/12; 60lbs/10; 70lbs/6
Soooooo... I wore leg wraps and a belt for most of the work on squats and the deads, leg wraps for the leg press. It helped alot with my back the wraps let me go deeper with my squats too. All in all it was a great learning and painfree workout. Had a shake before that was 1 scoop nitric oxide, half scoop protien powder and 500ml of carboflex. Man I was wired!! worked up a big sweat so I'm happy with the workout. For now I have to belt up for squats and deads until I don't feel it in my back.
Today ART and a massage. Should be good.
