LOL thanks Merciless, those crunches and reverse crunches wer light, I usually did around 75 to 85lbs.


Yesterday's workout

Squats- 95lbs/12; 115lbs/10; 135lbs/10; 115lbs/10
leg press- ok so I have no idea how many really on the last set- 1st set not weight/12; 2nd set 50lbs/12; last set- 3 reps, added 45lbs to one side a couple reps added another plate to the other side this continued on til I had two 45's on each side and I couldn't push any more out, then one plate ata a time came off the same way they went on, slowly!
stiff leg deads- 135lbs/6 x 4 sets
seated hammie curls-50lbs/12; 65lbs/10; 85lbs/8
laying hammie curls- 50lbs/12; 60lbs/10; 70lbs/6

Soooooo... I wore leg wraps and a belt for most of the work on squats and the deads, leg wraps for the leg press. It helped alot with my back the wraps let me go deeper with my squats too. All in all it was a great learning and painfree workout. Had a shake before that was 1 scoop nitric oxide, half scoop protien powder and 500ml of carboflex. Man I was wired!! worked up a big sweat so I'm happy with the workout. For now I have to belt up for squats and deads until I don't feel it in my back.

Today ART and a massage. Should be good.
 
I've recently started with a belt, and let me tell you I love it. IMO stay with the belt on your 2 most intense sets.

cable rows- 85lbs/12 x 2 sets; 100lbs/7
db bench- 30lbs/12 reps x 3 sets
skull crushers-22.5lbs/8 x 3 sets
concentration curls- 25lbs/8 x 3 sets
rear delt raises- 20lbs/12 x 3 sets
crunches- 55lbs/10 x 3 sets
reverse crunches- 55lbs/10 x 3 sets
plank- 2 min

So glad to be back in the gym. Starting a regular routine again now that all the moving and crap is finally done! Wooohoooo
 
Thanks you two I'm really glad to be settled some what and getting back into my normal life. Though I have noticed I've gotten a little weak over the time I was away :( hope it comes back fast!

Shhhh I was fooling around :S I got sick kids and I think I'm getting it too. After the squats I sooooo did not want to do anything else. Next lower day will be better I promise. More up to par with how I normally work out. Jeeze let a girl have a crap day:p

Got sick kids now! Two for the price of one. Spend the weekend with nursing jordy out of the pukey stage to the just having a cold stage. Wow I am burnt out! So just some shoulder work today. I think I need to improve on my shoulders so that I look more balanced. That should do the trick I think. On a side note I bought these new massage bars. Hmmm could be a big mistake. At any rate in the winter my skin suffers so massage bars etc work wonders keeping my skin nice and soft. However.... these new ones smell sooooooo good, like chocolate in fact. So I had a nice hot bath and used one. I spent the rest of the night drooling they (I) smelt sooooo good. I had to use all my self control not to chew my arm off when I wen to bed. I suggest that these not be used unless you are trying to intice someone to... Well at any rate these are going into 'THE' drawer until such a time that I may need to use them to well ya. So my advice is if ya live alone and such DON'T DO IT!!! Ok I'm done
