Ya i did it in one month. My diet is just eat anything with protien and carbs. I try not to dirty bulk but there are some days i will eat anything just to reach my 3000-6000 cal diet. I have a journal of my workout, its in the journal section.
I plan to post new pic's up after i finish my bulk. It will end somewhere in feb or mar.
I believe i gained 8lbs since my last pictures tooken. I know i got alot of fat on me, especially my love handles. I hate it sooo much it makes me wanna cut. Any comments of my progress would be greatly appreciated.
