I am interested in seeing how many success stories their are with HIIT training as opposed to training 70-80% of VO2 max for 30min.

that might be hard because most people do HIIT,ss-cardio,weights,so which one do you atribute your results to:confused:
unless you are talking about guys who have done just ss-cardio then changed it to HIIT-cardio:cool: :D
