Hiit?

Would sprinting a certain distance as fast as you can, then walking back to your starting point (to rest) be considered HIIT? Also, What if its on a steep hill? I used to do around 10 sprints on flat ground, but on a hill, i did 6, vomitted few minutes after. Felt like I was dying... Should I not do it in hills? Or just lower the amount of sprints?

I researched, and got an answer to my question. But now I have another one, I work out 3x a week (Mon/Wed/Fri). I was planning on doing HIIT 2x a week(Tues/Thurs). But what shuld I do in saturday and sunday? No cardio? NOrmal cardio? Just eat healthy? Help plz!

It depends on what your goals are and what you do each time you work out. Post a summary of what you do when you workout, your current stats, and your goals.

Well Im doing full body workouts 3x a week... And my HIIT would be around 10 sprints on flat ground. Sprint, walk back to starting point, sprint, walk back. 5-10 times, depending on how I feel. What do you think?
