Questions, Please Help

I have a couple questions:

After I workout, sometimes i play a little basketball on my court, its not intense like a game but we like to play 1 or 2 games of normal pace. Will this effect my muscle growth? Because when i start to play bball i feel a little weak but slowly i get better like my arms feel better while im playing.
Is this bad for me?

Will running on my off days effect me? I work out MWF and run Tues Thurs. Maybe sometimes Sat or Sun. I do this to stay in shape.

I am 16 yrsold, 5ft 9 (I think), 156 approximately. For my height and weight, how much am i supposed to be able to Bench press? I am athletic, i can run fast and for long times, i can jump high, overall im a good athlete. I just wanted to know whats the approximate of how much i should be able to bench.

How long after? How long are the games for? I'm pretty sure that it won't affect muscle growth, as some people do weight training and cardio in the same day as well.

How long are you running for and how intense are the runs? Lol, usually people run to stay in shape ;)

There is no answer to that question. Some 16 year olds bench 50, some 135, some like EliteMarine (16y/o) can bench a whole lot. It all varies. You might have huge pecs, you might have none. The only way you can determine how much you can bench is by...benching. lol nobody on the net can determine that for you :)

The games are about 20 minutes long and half pace, not full sprints, but its only about 20 yards of space to sprint. so not very hard. I just wanted to know if it stopped my muscle growth.

I run about 2 miles, but i like to run about 1.5 miles then do some other things like, plyometrics, crunches and stuff like that. Pretty much take a little rest and do other things. The runs arent sprinting as of yet, they are jogging at a pretty medium-fast pace. Then i finish by going back to my house, slowly. Just do stay in shape. Will this affect my muscles?

About the benching, i thought i just put it out there, lol. Just wanted to know.
