Football Workout In-Need!!

Um, I'm planning on playing football next year, I'm looking for a DB/WR(Defensive Back/Wide Receiver) Workout, and prolly going to be running in the morning all year, if any one has tip's please let em rip

Squat Squat Squat. Bench, Deads. They're all gonne be your best friend. Also look into plyometrics.

Your gonna need speed for defensive back/wide receiver. In addition to weight training, you should use this in your speed training:

Speed Training (max 30 minutes)
--------------------------
Overspeed training (Train body to go at higher speeds, like running down hill)
Plyometrics (build fast twitch muscle fibers)
Sprinting (techinque is very important especially in 40 yard time)
Cones (acceleration)
Latters (agility)
Squats, Deadlifts, Lunges (strength)
Parachutes (resistence sprinting)

I, myself, will be doing the speed training on Tuesdays and Thursdays and be doing an upper body/lower body split on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Using Saturday/Sunday as rest.

I have 2 weeks left in my football season, so gald we are on the same page.
