what do u do to work the V shaped low ab/oblique(?) thing? anything special?, its really define on you, so i was jw.
 
Hey everyone:

Been MIA for quite some time around here. I've been posting over at the "sister" site to this one for a good bit now. That place needed a lot more help than this one!!

I just finished up my bulk. I ended at 205, not sure of bf%. Started cutting last Monday. No concrete goals. I just want to get as lean as I possibly can come July, 8th. I leave for my honeymoon on that day to Hawaii.

First hardcore cut I've done in a while and I am loving the change. Not as much food, nice to actually feel hungry every now and again, reduced weight training volume, increased cardio.

I am sure I will get sick of it, but for right now things are very fun. I will post pics either before or after Hawaii. Hopefully before since I plan on eating like an utter slob out there. :)

Yes sir....I feel like I'm on the everlasting cut....Life has just been throwing me a lot of curveballs in the last 6-8 months.

I hear ya man. I got up to 205 on my bulk, but I truly ended it at 200. Biggest curveball was losing one of my good friends in a stupid car accident a little over a month back. Threw me way off track!
 
Im a 46 year old Male, 5' 7" , 154 (down 1 pound from last week). Last year, I got tired of being tired of the back pain, and being over 25lbs over weight (about 190), and set out on a obessessed personal quest. I educated myself on the TRUTH of getting abs, diet and excercising, and lastly, learned to accept the limitations of my age, while at the same time.....not accepting it (if you understand what I mean). Below is the most recent pic. I eat EXTREMELY CLEAN, on a 24 hour diet cycle, only allowing a certain amount of calories in that 24 hour cycle (I dont or havent worried about carbs, I ensure I get enough for energy, and refueling. I keep a diet journal on everything I put in my mouth, and of course a exercise journal. I can give more on what I did from start to finish if anyone is interested,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Cheers!

Hey everyone, been a while since I dropped in here. Physique-wise, not a lot has changed. Last time I was here I was cutting down for my honeymoon. Wedding and honeymoon turned out picture perfect. The cut, not so much, lol.

The first pic in this album is where I ended up.... terrible pic but you get the idea. There are also some pics of my honeymoon and whatnot for whoever's interested.



I ended the cut at something like 185 lbs.

I'm back up to 195ish now, back to bulking. Hoping to get up to 210ish before my next cut.... we'll see though as I've got a lot going on right now.

Training is going excellent though, aside from a glitch in one of my hip flexors. Squatting is a no go at the moment.
