Should I eat then walk or walk then eat?

I walk around 4 miles afterschool from my school to my house. There's a Subway near my house and one near my school so I was wondering if I should eat first and then walk or the other way around?
 
meh, its still calorie in minus calorie out. If you walk before you might burn more fat directly and walking makes atlest me hungry so Id do it before. But whatever suits you really.
 
Personally i would eat at the one closer to home, but only because that way it's like a reward after walking :)

But it sounds like it would just be a leisurely walk anyway since you're walking home from school, so then again i guess it would be a pleasant way to walk off the feeling of being full.

Well i guess that didn't help then :rolleyes: Why don't you just decide at the time depending on whether or not you are hungry yet

Id say eat before, depends on how hungry you are, i wouldnt walk anywhere if i was really hungry before eating a bit.
 
Whatever you prefer actually, especially if you are just walking home from school, I personally can't stand walking/running anywhere without being full.
 
i'd say eat b4 and after but thats just my inner fat ass talking.. you should def eat after; after a long run i always get the munchies :)

I'm cutting, if it really makes no difference then I'd prefer to eat after I've walked as sort of a reward but if I can cut more calories by eating before then I'd definately prefer that.
