Hey all!
So Iam new to this forum and also new to the whole body building working out routine.To make a long story short Iam not out of shape but not in shape.Dont have a nice body or anything (like no muscle def tone ect) I was wondering if someone can dedicate some time to my thread and teach me about working out and what I should do.
For the record iam 17 years old weigh bout 165 ish and about 5"10".
I play sports and right now Iam trying hard to get faster and be more athletic so i can last longer So hopefully this will help me out a bit and also help me threatend the assholes who date my younger sister
..
So basiclly If someone can help me put a routine that over the course of time will get me into a better body (note right now getting cut is not my concern.I want to get big or well just get some muscle and get stronger then I will cut)And also TEACH ME because I dont know anything about lifting or anything in general about machines or what to do how many times when I should do it ect..
So any help would rule!
