Really Lacking sleep

lol, well... back to the topic I guess.

I think within the next few weeks if I don't up my hours of sleep, I'll have to schedule an appointment with my doc and see what I would be able to do. I'm sure lack of sleep effects my school work and such. I just need more sleep, and I think I'll mention ZMA if it comes to that.

I went to school, went to work...came home and was gonna go to gf's house later on... but I just passed out on my bed at like 8 or something. I woke up today at 10:30 =/. I'm pissed lol, I need to get this sleep thing under control.
 
yeah that really is a problem and will probably only get worse! see someone about it really! or force yourself to stay up till later so that u can sleep at night. Plus, ur gf is more important than sleep! ;)
 
I found out that turning off the comp 1-2 hrs before sleeping and reading a book /w normal intake of melatonin at night (I still have my ZMA, which I will be taking later on when my lifting becomes more hardcore). Jacking off helps too.

This weekend I was up at my boys lakehouse with a whole crew of people. I had maybe 3-4 hours of sleep in 2 days. I am hoping this is what I needed to get tired the following night and stay up. I managed that and tonight I'm feeling pretty tired. I got ahold of this ZMA stuff.. and thanks to malkore and LV for the heads up. My whole routine starts 2mrrow.. being Monday September 5th.. so with all the right things I'll be doing.. I'm sure sleep shouldn't be a problem. Plus its the start of my quit smoking day. Merci it'll work out for you bro. I am exactly like you.. in the sense of staring at walls and the ceilings for hours before I slowly drift away. I got to the point where I would stare around my room in complete darkness.. and I can point out and see everything as if the whole room were lit. Take a look at the ZMA.. I might take it 2mrrow.. and I'll keep you posted on how it works out.

Thanks man, I know all too well what staring around the room for hours is like. Look, its 1:30 a.m. I have to be up at 7 a.m. and I'm not even tired. It's not like it's because I'm here, I was just reading 2 different books for the last hour or so. I hate this, everyone else I know is dead asleep by now. I think I'm gonna pick up some ZMA in the next few days and see what happens. Def keep me posted Brahma, I'd really appreciate that.
 
Yeah np bro I will def. let you know how it works. Hey its 2:18am.. and I said earlier I was tired. lol. Trust me when I say I know how it feels. If there was something to suggest to you as far as what you can do to get sleeping.. I would, but I don't even know myself. Imma try these 2mrrow night. I'll let you know Wednesday.
 
It's 2:22 and I'm still here lol. I'm at least happy that someone is the exact same way as me. Everyone around my house gets all their sleep and I'm here suffering. I'm going to do alot more research on this in the upcoming days/weeks because my whole school year last year sucked because of lack of sleep and I don't want to repeat it. If I find good information, I'll def pass it along. Good luck.
 
no man...the internet is full of pizzorn.

Melatonin helps a lot. pick some of that stuff too. it's pretty cheap.

man sleeping is a huge problem for ppl these days haha. I also learned in psychology class that the TV and computer screens will make you stay up or keep you awake cuz of the bright light being projected off the screen. It has something to do /w your pineal gland that prevents you from shuttin yourself down and etc....I'm not going to go strictly into detail.
 
Yeah.. imma start an "insomniac" thread for those who don't sleep. Naw lol, but yeah thanks for looking out. Def let me know if you see anything other than "clear your mind" to sleep better.
 
I like Cryptik's idea on how to fall asleep lol but i have a roommate so its not so easy :p
