wohoo! i stepped on the scale this morning and the scale said 82kg (180lbs), i was like
dident expect it to be that high
When i started working out i was about 68kg's (150lbs) even though its been slow sometimes, i think the massive eating articles on www.t-nation.com has helped me alot!
