my abs - before and "during"

Still working on them.. I didn't have a lot to lose in the first place, just a small pudge. (Or "pooch", if you will.) This is after about 6 weeks of eating better, Pilates, swimming, and some weights.

Sorry, I don't have the same angle/pose to compare, but you get the idea. It's still evident I've made some progress.

I'm not there yet.. I hope to be at "goal" in another 6 weeks. Goal is simply more toned and firm, my focus is now going to be my thighs and butt, but I will continue working my abs, as well as the rest of my body.

Great job. YOu look fantastic!!!!

hey Im curious, how often do you swim and for how long. I read that somewhere that swimming is not considered a great cardio workout because of the minimum resistance....... thank in advance for your reply.

lol...the trying to float bit is also quite nice. hopefully the swimming will get back on track for myself. again well done on the progress...can't wait to see the final result in 6 weeks time :)
have a good one!

minimum resistance.......

well i tried to fly by flapping my arms...i got no where...lol in the pool it feels the same way to some degree. feels at times as if you have an elastic band tied to you. swimming is high resistance and does the body good when you do each stroke properly :)

I have found that be point my hands and feet, it makes a world of difference on the speed, and form of the stroke.
