I hope that I am entering this in the right place.

I wanted to start an online Diary to help keep me accountable with my eating and work outs. I have been a little relax with my workouts lately. It's time for me to stop playing and get back on track.

I had a great Upper body and ab workout this morning.


I will check in tomorrow.

I just completed another great work out. I did 25 minutes on the Elliptical and I will also run/jog this evening.

I'm basically following a low carb, hight protein eating plan.



Today's Menu

Breakfast/Lunch
Grilled Chicken Breast

Snack
String Cheese

Dinner
Hot Wings

Snack
Low Carb Smoothie

MMM, menu looks good. Make sure your calories don't go any lower than 1200, but you know how much your body needs.
 
I'm late posting today...better late than never! :)

I got my work out in this morning, but I was running late and did not have a chance to post. I completed a great lower body work out and Boy did I feel the burn!! I was so sore from yesterday's workout that I almost decided to do nothing this morning. I'm so happy that I did...It gave a sense of accomplishments.

Today's Menu:

I really did not feel like eating so I did all Liquids today.

Try to eat something, even if it's little. If you don't want to eat, then drink a protein drink, but don't live off them.

Yes, my liquids consists of AchievOne Protein Shakes and I also love the low carb Fuze.

Greetings Everyone!

I just completed another great cardio work out. I did 30 minutes on the Elliptical this morning. I may go for a walk this evening if time permits.

I will choose my meals as I go today.
