so today was the day when i really worked out
30 minutes incline 10% speed 4 to 6 mph
heart rate went from 78 resting to 152:O..almost100 % increase...but i wasnt breathless..after 27 minutes i was about to pass out..but made through till 30 minutes thanks for the hunky guy who was on TV who kept me captivated..lol

weights
squats 1x20
lunges 1x16 (each leg)
Butt Squeezes 1x16
Chest Flyes 1x16
Lateral Raise1x16
Bicep Curl 1x16
Tricep Extension 1x16
Dumbbell Ab Crunches 1x16
Back Extensions 1x16
 
I admire your commitment to pull through to an even 30 minutes:) ...I just want to smack myself if I don't make it to something that ends in a 5 or zero...is that weird?? Nonetheless, I like the word "pumpitude," stingo:) , I'll have to work it into some conversations and wait for the weird looks.

i did one hour yoga today
nice workout and i felt so relaxed
one smoke uptill now
but i will smoke another before bed after my TM running:)

i am planning to buy some heavier weights but i know i struggle alot with 2kgs already doing lateral raise,and back rows...so i think i will buy 4 kgs dumbell pair and use it for all other exercises but for lateral raise and back rows..
i also felt that i can use some heavier weights for butt squezes..like 5/6 kgs..
so is it ok to use different weights for differnt exercises,?when u are doing all this ina row?
 
Yup, you'll use all different weights in the course of your training as certain muscles will be able to handle more than others. Keep up the good work.
