#1: I used to give arms their own day, but I'm comtemplating doing a push/pull/legs routine this time so that I can pre-exhaust them the get some better gains.
#2: I'm VERY competitive...that's about all I can think of. My buddy got me into this and he was already big. We copete w/ eachother on everything, so I HAD to get stronger than him (i couldn't let him win, now could I?). For the first bit I just pushed and pushed in order to get as much out of the fact that I had never exercised before in my life and knew that it would be my biggest gaining period. I'll try to get a couple better before pics, I know there are a couple at my gf's house (although I'm hesitant to post em cause I look so retarded in those particular pics). It IS extremely hard to believe the difference, but I'm pretty damn sure that the majority of the gain is muscle.
