If you "only" want to start in the Fitness-Class, you probably will have to increase you bodyweight for about 15 pounds, and then do some definition with the help of a low carb diet, for example.
I really can recommend you to focus on your arms, as they are quite thin in relation to your wide chest.
Your chest has a lot of room, so you have a lot of potential there, while the bones on your arms seem to be slim.
But with the right training and nutrition, you`ll gain at least 15 pound till the end of the year!

Interesting to hear that my "chest has a lot of room".. I will really keep pumping and am now trying to eat more protein also. Try to gain some pounds.. Measuring my body fat too, so I can control the weight gain. Been having a lot of colds this year so far, so my training has been suffering. Hope to get in better shape now, and hope to avoid any more illness as I eat better...
