Piccolinate...wie schädlich?

Geht speziell an Polynomstapler...

Hat mal geschrieben, dass Piccolinate über längere Zeit genommen sehr schädlich sein kann...was meint ihr dazu? Erfahrungen? Studien?

Ich nehme momentan 120 mg Zinkpiccolinate.

Da sind alle Studien, die ich in diesem Zusammenhang kenne.

Ich persönlich würd's nicht nehmen, zumal es nachgewiesenermassen NICHTS bringt und potentiell gesundheitsschädlich ist.
