Hallo!
So ich hab jezz mal ein Fotoalbum mit aktuellen Fotos von heute ertsellt. Ich wieg ~85 Kilo auf 177cm. Bin imo noch etwas speckig Trizeps erkennt man nich so gut deto Bauchmuskeln.Linke Seite hinkt fast überall nach :.Wäre nett wen ihr die mal bewerten würdet. Unter dem Link findet ihr fotos von vor 1/2 Jahren.

Sieht ganz gut aus, hast gut zugenommen. Kfa scheint ein bisschen gestiegen zu sein, aber zum aufbauen noch ok imo.
