Veréis, soy monorreno (un riñon), escribí a George Farah.
Le escribí porque teníamos una cosa en común y era que a los dos nos faltaba un riñón, le pregunte por su dieta y por las proteínas y me contesto lo siguiente:
I will absolutely listen to your doctor and let him do his job. I will stay away from protein powder but I am sure you will be fine working out and taking like half a gram of protein for each pound you weigh. Do if you are 175 lbs you will multiply it by .5 then the baser will be how many grams you should use and on top of that I will add 2 grams BCAA to each meal to make it complete. me recomendó mantener la proteína a 0,5 gr por peso y a cambio meter en las comidas 2gr de BCAAS (escogeria map como bcaa).
Creo que seria mas sano que lo que estoy haciendo que sera meter 1,5 gr de proteinas normales atun, pescado carne....
