Your Real Age

This test has been around for years and I took it years ago... and don't remember the results -I probably blocked it - I saw someone talking about it because it was mentioned on the gospel according to oprah show... I took it again just to see the results... Give it a shot and see how you do...

My actual age is 42.1
I scored a +2
my real age is 44.1
Great - I knew I should of stayed in bed this morning.

Where it docked me for points is because of family history of breast and ovarian cancer - it says I should take precautions or go for advanced screening - the questions seemed to be phrased in a way that history alone will dock youo - i've had mammograms since i was 35 - and have had more than one cyst removed...

It also kills me on sleep - or lack thereof... that and my blood pressure.

The plan to young me up - involves taking lots of vitamins - thanks i'll pass on that...

So I'll read thru their plan and see what i can do and take the test again in 90 days and see if i'm younger

How'd yuo do ?

I'm 31... my "real age" was supposedly already down to 23 and I still had 4-5 pages worth of questions left and it never recalculated. Guess I'll have to wait for the final email to roll in to figure out what it finally decided.

Oh dear... Calendar Age 44, Real Age 39.8 Difference - 4.7. However, it ignores the fact that I'm actually a bloke in his mid-life crisis with a mental age of 15...

Update Just for an experiment, I just edited my survey to see what results I would get if I hadn't have changed lifestyle i.e. as if my lifestyle and problems were unchanged from last year.

My result Real Age was 48.6. Thats right, almost ten years difference. If I was living the way that I was living last year (e.g. overweight, heartburn, poor sex, bad food, drinking too much beer, no exercise at all, etc), then my calculated Realage would be 48.6. Because I now go running, strength training, drink less booze, have lost my excess bodyweight, eat my greens, fibres etc - my RealAge has improved to 38.8 years.

Theres inspiration for anyone thinking about learning to live! It really does make you younger - 10 years younger!

Well before the last update I was up tp 35 years I am actually 33.5
but it said check your email in 1-2 hours for update lol I will probally be
40 by then Tammy:)

this test made me laugh, it said you have to be 20 to do it, so i put my age as 20, my age came out as....*drum roll* 13.9

My actual age 15. Interesting.

Gah! I have to wait for my results! lol

I suppose it's going to give a different result now I'm exercising to one I'd have had a few months ago - like TF says, could be 10 years difference.

On the questions; I know I'm pretty laid back, but my heartrate was too low for their scales! Mine came in at 42 beats - the scale only started at 45! Oooer, I'm worried now - am I about to pop my clogs?

Anyway, it's all very well getting the scores low - just be careful crossing the road peeps or it'll all stand for nothing! :p

Calendar Age 30.7 (well that's wrong for starters! 24 I tells you, 24!)
Difference -1.8
My RealAge 28.9

Looking at the "What's making your RealAge Younger" & "Older" section, there's some pretty wild assumptions being used to calculate things so I'm certainly not going to take this test too seriously.

It does flag up that my heart rate is too slow (unless I'm "extremely physically fit for your age" **looks at body - shakes head**). I should speak to my doc apparently. I'll re-take it later - I could've been just really chilled out

OK - no one told me I was going to have to WAIT for the results!?!

Geesh! OK off to waiting ;)

Having a low heartrate supposedly really healthy! You can get a low heart rate from doing a lot of exercise and it can also be genetic.

I just took it; it said that my calender age is 20.4 and my real age is 19.8. I guess it's because I floss 7 times a week. XD

I clocked in at 13.5 and I'm calendarwise (ah, I made a new word! XD) 20.3. I think I got dinged because of the flossing, but what really depressed me is that they said my bmi was making me older. All the more reason to continue!

I'm 22 and I got a real age score of 16. I thought it was funny, because right after giving my score, it says "you can get even younger if you... I don't know, I'm pretty happy with 16!
