Before I got into working out and taking daily vitamins, my Real Age was around 22. Now it's 16.4! And I'm about 18.5, so I'm pretty pleased with myself. Haha
i did this when i first made my "lifestyle change". actual age = 42, real age = 47
some of the things that let me down were obviously my weight, not knowing my blood pressure and lack of sleep . since then i have lost nearly 40lbs, found out that my b/p is normal and lack of sleep - well i work night shifts - not a lot i can i can do about that. but i reckon my real age will have come down a bit by now.
other things i am working on or trying to : - increase intake of certain vitamins and minerals mainly E, potassium and calcium:increase wholegrains and tomato "lycopene" foods:increase unsaturated fats.
i also need to get my cholestorol levels measured(that could be scary)slim
ps ive just retaken the test and my real age is now 44.9
I did the test but I put in answers as they would have been if I was living my OLD lifestyle. Im going to retake the test again but this time Ill enter my CURRENT lifestyle information which is MUCH better. So Im sure the age will be lower next time.
my starting age: 20
RealAge: 26.6 (+6.6)
Just so you know.. im not really 20. Thats just the age required to take the test.
