Your comments please

Hi I have been working out for about 6-7 months. My current weight is around 165 pounds. I just want to put on about 5-10 pounds more and get ripped. I have been following this diet for the past 2 months once;I got serious about my goals. I go to university and I really don't know how to cook well. These are my pics. I want mainly reduce the fat and lovehandles highlighted in the 2nd pic and devolop my abs.

My diet looks like this:

Breakfast: 5 egg whites 1 egg yellow, 400 ml 1% fat milk
Lunch: Grilled Chicken Breast or Grilled Chicken Club , Chicken Pita etc.
Snack: Oatmeal bars, Low fat Yogurt
Post Workout: Whey Protien Shake with 250 ml 1% milk
Dinner: 12 inch Subway Sandwich - Grilled Chiken, Roast beef, Turkey etc

I am doing engineering so I don't have the time for the perfect diet but I am ready to take up possible suggestions :) .
 
Can you also approxiamately tell me how much my body fat would be. The online body fat calculator said its about 10.5% but I am guessing it should definitely be more than that.
 
Looks like you've got an excellent starting point.

The diet looks like it could use a little work. You want to make sure you're getting protein at every meal/snack. It also seems as though you've left fruits and veggies completely out of your diet. I usually try to get whole grain carbs in the mornings, then switch to vegetables and fruits in the afternoon/dinner time.

try adding some oatmeal or a whole grain english muffin in the morning.
 
Thanks for the advice. I usually eat a salad for lunch. I eat a bowl of fruits on most days. And the subs and pitas I eat are usually dressed with veggies. Now that I am following this diet can you tell me ways to reduce the abdominal fat without losing my muscle mass. And what excercies should I do to eliminate my lovehandles ?
