Hello. I am a new member. Great site.
My question: I have always trained during lunch. Weights only, no cardio. I am 44 years old and want to include some level of cardio. I am not sure of the correct timing for both cardio and weight training. I can do either morning, noon, or early evening. I would like to be able to train in the mornings, but I am not truly a morning person, but I am sure I can change that.
I want to be able to train 4 sessions, and cardio 3 sessions. Any advice? Any meal timing advice as well.
Thanks for your time.
Mark
