Hi there dizzy!

I noticed that you can't decide on the amount of weight you lost in your "journey".

Why not try journalling and weighing yourself? Jot down important facts (it's okay to start now, even if you've already begun your weight loss program, than to not have noted anything at all) so that you can objectively quantify your success.

I find that journalling (whether online or the old way) keeps me attuned to what my goals are and that it gives a great deal of happiness reading back and seeing how far you've gone with your weight loss journey.
 
hello, thanks for replying! i do note down my loss now but i didn't back then that's why it's hard to tell how much i lost..
i hope to be posting a before picture in a few months. my goal is 130 lbs. i just needed to see that i got somewhere and be told im doing good.
 
i'm looking at your fully-gowned pic and the one beneath it... congratulations on losing that much weight! keep on writing those weight loss notes, exercise regularly and eat a balanced meal... soon enough,you'll be wearing your fittest and gorgeous bod!
