Right.. i dunno wat to say aha.

Well.. im from London and i'm on this website because i want to loose alot of weight.
Knowing me, i'll exercise for a bit and give up ¬¬
Im not fat but im not skinny, so i guess im medium but its so irratating when you have some sick outfit and you have some massive bulge, that stick out o_O

I always try covering it with jeans Lol. i put it over my stomach but its never enough.

My diet is really bad ¬¬
i cant help it.. when im bored i go straight to food.

Lol i watch stuff like Supersize vs Superskinny.
and im so confused.

My bestfriends cant really help me, they are all thin.

I used to go gym, but the thought of boys being there watching me sweat puts me off ¬¬.

Everyday im gonna write down what i eat and how i exercised Lol.
I go on the wii fit sometimes, but the balance board can lie! :O.

I wanna peirce my tummy, but it not a good site atm.

im going on a diet tomoro. i dont want to starve myself, just restricting my diet.

ooooo... i will apreciate if anyone could give me any tips? im 14, and im not going anywhere like this'? x

Hey most of the stuff you just described relates to me too! Haha weird like I go on the Wii Fit sometimes, watch supersize vs superskinny, I exercise for a bit then give up etc.
I know you probably hear this all the time but the best thing you can do is increase you fruit and veg - this was the last thing I introduced because I thought I wouldn't like them but now I love all different kinds! And it really does work wonders. Also portion control. You can eat chocolate etc but in moderation. Like one small treat a day. But do all this gradually and you'll be more likely to stick to it.
