yay! goal almost achieved

So, no more than 8 lbs to lose, this morning i was at 183 on the weighter do that means ive dropped 22 pounds since the beginning of this summer, not only by eating less and better, but mostly by doing lots of cardio everyday!

my legs are getting defined and muscular so is the rest of my body since i train also at the gym, its kind of a passion more that a goal now, health and fitness, i think about it all the time and try to motivate otehr people as it motivates me! i could not abandon now that ive told others that i was training everyday and getting in shape, so it pushes me foward to go to the gym!

everybody is noticing the change and that makes me so happy! i feel good, i juste wanna attain 175, maybe 170, so that i can get lean abs! wish me luck! here are recent photos! the last one is an old photo!

this morning, i weighted and was at 182!! 7 more pounds left! this is becomig too easy :) i feel great, i have so much more energy too!
 
gained muscle!!

so this morning, the balance said 186 but it seemed like i gained muscle cause my abs are flatter than ever, so i guess its positive, i think my legs are gaining a lot of muscle from all the walking , this morning i did a 4 hour walk. it was great!
 
Way to go man. I am right behind you. I have got 8 pounds to go before the end of the month of July. Thanks for the inspiration.
