Ahh my first post. Well hello everyone, my name is Tyler Xavier Beaton. I've decided to drop the fat and feel good about myself. A little info about me, i'm 18 years old, currently a high school student, was a football player for 5 years (that's when I was a little more skinny), Come from a small town and as of right now im looking to slim down. Actually have already lost 10 lbs

6'2 215 lbs
2. If you were at an ideal weight now, what would that weight be?
something around 180-190
3. At what weight would you like to be at four months from now?

4. Why do you want to lose weight?
I'd like to feel good in my skin and comfortable in my clothes.
5. Do you want to lose weight for a specific life event such as wedding or reunion? If so, when is that event?
Not really. Just generally want to feel better.
6. What obstacles could get between you and your weight loss goals?
Food and a lazy life style (Making the change isn't easy but totally worth it!)
7. Why do you think that you now have a weight problem?
Bad eating habits, lack of exercise
8. What lifestyle changes do you think would help you lose weight?
Better eating habits and more exercise!
9. Have you lost weight in the past? If so, what has worked in the past to help you lose weight? I was never really over weight until football ended for me. So this would be my first time.
10. Would you try writing down all food and drink consumed for a given period of time?
Would probably help but I doubt i'll do it.
11. Do you cook at home often? If so, what do you cook?
Does kraft Dinner count? hah good thing I gave it up.
12. How often do you go out to eat? Where do you go?
Very rarely eat out.
13. If you woke up tomorrow and your body was exactly the way you want it, what would be different?
My gut, love handles, and double chin would be gone!
14. Do you eat when you are not hungry?
Sometimes.
15. Do you binge eat (large amounts at a time)?
Not all that much and a lot less now that ive started this plan.
16. Do you hide your food or eat in secret?
Nope.
17. Do you eat when you are sad, nervous, or depressed?
Yess ugh.
18. Do you eat as a reward?
No
19. Do you eat while watching TV or using the computer?
God yes. Should probably spend less time on the computer!
20. What do you normally eat for a meal?
What ever is in the house really. I try to pick the more healthy things now.
21. What type of snacks do you eat?
Crackers, granola bars, cookies.
22. In terms of exercise, what, if anything, are you currently doing?
I've recently started going to the gym. Doing an hour of cardio 4-5 times a week among my regular daily events (school gym, work etc..)
23. Where do you go for exercise? A local public gym? School/work gym?
The local gym.
24. What, if anything, are your three favorite types of exercise?
Playing football (and most sports but mostly football) is the only kind that I ever liked.
25. Do you have rewards for certain goals?
I guess my main reward is to be able to take my shirt off and feel good about it haha.
