Well I spent 6 weeks in China. It was a bit harder than I anticipated to maintain a vegetarian diet there. Anyways, long story short, I ended up surviving mainly on white rice and green tea. So I felt like I lost alot of muscle and gained a bit of fat while there. It was worth it though, I had a great time. Now I am at law school, trying to get back into the groove. I'm alot shorter on time than I was in college though. So no time for ab/calf workouts =( I know, bad. Anyways here are a couple pics I took yesterday. Lemme know whatcha think. I got my body fat tested by a doctor about a month back. It was 15% I'm hovering around 190 pounds... maybe a couple over.
