well today way day three at the gym..
i came up with this plan...

5 days a week
mon, wed, fri-- take a cardio class at the gym
tue, thur--half hour on treadmill then half hour on elliptical..

day one wwas so0o0o0 hard on me that i didnt even finish half hour on the elliptical! i only did like 15 mins.
then yesterday i took a class and after i wanted to die..
then i went today on the machines..and it wasnt so bad! i WOULDVE finished the elliptical..i had 5 minutes left and i was so determined to finish but this girl signed up for that machine (i signed up 5 mins late)..she was there at 1 on the dot...like she couldnt give me 5 mins..oh well. but the work out thing isnt so bad..i kind of enjoy it....

and as for food..i dont have a set diet, im pretty much just cutting my portions, watching WHAT i eat..etc..

but hey its all better than NOTHING!
 
Something is certainly better than nothing!

I would suggest cutting some of the cardio and adding some resistance training into the mix.
 
Common recommendation you hear. Many think that you burn more fat doing so on an empty stomach. Research does not suggest this, at least that I have seen.

Personally, I don't like anyone exercising on an empty stomach.

Can't excercise on a empty gut.. went to the gym a few times on a empty one..and nearly passed out.. sugar lows. hunger.. Not a good situation for me..
