Wow, ouch.....

I did my first HIIT session Friday. My legs were actually sore the next day. I run on a regular basis and I haven't had sore legs in a LONG time. Saturday I had to play lumberjack and clear out some trees around some deer stands. So, I was falling up and down banks with a chainsaw.(not fun) So, Sunday, I was horribly sore. I do another session today if the weather holds out. I was still a bit stiff when I woke up though.

Its a good thing I have a short term memory and have forgotten how bad my lungs burned Friday. :)

(btw I sprinted 30 secs and walked 30 secs in intervals for 4 minutes.[with a warm up and cool down period as well])
