hey guy's i got a question if i were to workout to build mass but still doing an hour of cardio would that help me lose fat i heard cause the more muscel you have the more calories are burned and the first calories to get burned are fat right i so please help thanks

are you saying you want to build mass and do cardio together?
something for you to know is ... cardio slows down muscle building.
why not gain the muscle first, then burn it after (after your done your bulking phase)
dont be afraid to gain some fat.
