Would this 3 day split be good?

My old routine use to consist of

Mon- legs
Tue- chest Tri shoulders
Wed- back & bi
Thur- repeat Monday
Friday - repet Friday
Sat-sun rest

But people been saying Hittin chest and legs twice a week is bad so I'm thinking of taking of Thursday and Friday and just have those days as rest so I have Thursdays Friday Saturday Sunday for rest, would that be okay or should I do

Monday -legs
Tuesday-rest
Wed- chest Tri shoulders
Thur - rest
Friday- back&bi
Sat-sun rest

Would that be better?

My workouts would be

Legs-

Squat - 12-10-8-6
Front squat 3x10
Leg curls 3x10
Calve raises in,out,normal 3x10-20
Seated calve raises same as above

Chest Tri, shoulders -

BB bench press 4x10 (neutral weight enough to hit it 10 times) If heavy weight 4x8
Incline 4x8
Flys 4x8
Military dumbell press 3x10
Lateral raises the ones were you hold the weight at the sides and lift them up 3x10
Dips 3x12
Skull crushers 3x8


Back & bi

Lat pull down 4x10 or 12-10-8-6 ?
Bent over barbell row 3x10
DB row 3x10
Db curls 4x10
Hammer curls 4x10
21's
Bar curls 3x8

Help please j need to figure it out so I can give it a go tips or different exercises needed please&thank you
 
There is no harm in training same muscle group 2 times a week. Fuel your body well, get enough rest and you will be fine.
