Worst workout ever.

Well...I just got done with one of my worst workouts...I started out with doin a lil benchin. First set; felt real good...did all 8 reps...next set, I only pump out like 5...I dont know why. From then on I lost all motivation and went down hill. I then tried doin some over head shoulder presses; wasnt too pretty, so I said screw it, and did some wrist curls. Those were good...then was an idiot and decided to do Ez curls. First set was good, but felt like my forearms were about to explode (good). But because my upper back hurt, and my forearms killed, I only did another set with dropped weight. I feel horrible.:( ...
 
same thing happened to me, except its first time i benched in a week, and when i benched earlier i could barely do any
