I am getting married in 15 weeks!!!

I would ideally like to lose a bit around my middle/stomach...

How much can I lose in say a 6 week program?

How much Cardio to burn fat would I need to do weekly?

(I will look after my diet aswell)

It all depends on various factors...your current health, your weight, your commitment, your diet, your fitness level etc etc.

A good book which I found when starting out is The Abs Diet, written by Editor of Men's Health (i think!)

Do this each day til then then. That would help for sure.
 
you have to get off more than you put inn, so, burn more cals than you eat.
do lots of cardio, i have heard that HIIT is the best for burning fat.
 
Why not a 15 week program? Why would you stop halfway, so you can get out of shape just before the wedding? Think of it as a lifestyle change, not a quick event change. Burn more calories than you consume.
 
I agree with Tony, I have learned from experience that if you want try to reach your goal you need to take it slow depending on your work out level and eating habits, it should be a life time commitment, a six week program will get you started but once you stop its hard to start again and you could end up like me right at the beginning again. :eek:
